What if I want to talk to the owner?  Easy, that's me ( Tony Carlone).  Chances are if you call Mainstreet Automotive, I will be the one who answers the phone, greets you when you come in, and explains the repair when you pick up your car.  Well, I do occasionally take a vacation, or go out for a test drive, but you get the picture... I'm there from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Try getting a hold of the owners of Sears or Jiffy Lube! Do you accept credit cards? Yes, for your convenience, I accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as personal checks or cash. Do you do any unauthorized work? Simply stated, NO!  My policy is only to do the repairs after I get your permission to do them. What happens if I need a tow? I recommend calling Marek's Towing in Lakeville at 469-3182 and asking them to tow your vehicle to my shop.  You don't need to pay them, the fee will be added on to your repair bill.
